How do I make an outbound call?

Outbound calls are initiated from the FlowVox Operator Console in several ways.

1. From My Phones, drag one of your lines to the desired destination object, e.g. an extension, contact, etc.
2. Drag objects such as extensions, contacts, park slots, etc. to one of the My Phones lines.
3. From the main FlowVox interface, outbound calls can be initiated using the text field and/or dialer. You may copy/paste or type the recipient phone number into the text field, or use the dialer to enter the recipient number. When finished, click the “Call” button to start the call. When connected, the FlowVox operator console will expand and display the remote party information, call duration, and present additional call controls.
