How do I Park a call?
Parking an active call using FlowVox can be done in two ways.
- When a call is active, the main FlowVox Operator Console will display call controls for the active call. One of these controls is the Park Call option, displayed as a button with an image of a car. Click this button to Park the active call.
- From My Phones, drag one of your lines to the desired Park slot.
- From Extensions, drag your extent ion to the desired Park slot.
