How do I Park a call?

Parking an active call using FlowVox can be done in two ways.

  1. When a call is active, the main FlowVox Operator Console will display call controls for the active call. One of these controls is the Park Call option, displayed as a button with an image of a car. Click this button to Park the active call.
  2. From My Phones, drag one of your lines to the desired Park slot.
  3. From Extensions, drag your extent ion to the desired Park slot.
