How does inbound faxing work?
Inbound faxes are received by the Use it Fax Service and routed to the user and/or group associated with the fax number dialed. Faxes received via Use it Fax Service are delivered as an HTML formatted email with a PDF attachment. If you prefer plain text emails and/or TIFF file format, not a problem – we can set this within your account settings. Additionally, Imecom can customize the look, feel, and content of the inbound fax-to-email message.
