How many fax lines does Use it Messaging support?

Use it Messaging is capable of supporting one to hundreds of fax ports/lines. The number of fax ports required is dependent on your fax traffic. The higher your inbound and outbound fax volume, the more fax lines you need.

Use it Messaging Premise

Use it Messaging Premise supports up to 120 ports per server. Additional servers may be added in a distributed fashion to increase capacity and provide load-balancing with fail-over and redundancy.

Dialogic Brooktrout SR140 and XCAPI virtual driver software licenses are available in 2-port increments, allowing you to achieve a port density that’s appropriate for your fax volume.

Dialogic Brooktrout TR1034 hardware fax cards are available in a variety of port densities with the largest density set at 96 channels per single fax card.

Use it Messaging Hybrid

There is virtually no limit to the number of fax ports available with Use it Messaging Hybrid. We recommend not exceeding 120 ports per Use it Messaging Server. With Use it Messaging Hybrid, there is no hardware fax board or virtual fax driver software required. Fax ports are simply activated within the Cloud and allocated to your Hybrid Fax account.
